Emergency Management

The Municipality has 2 fire halls. 1 located in Combermere and one in Barry's Bay. Fires are responded to by volunteer firefighters.

In case of a dangerous situation occurring after hours, call Hilary Kutchkoskie at 613-757-2675 or 613-633-6164 (cell).

The Municipality has over 270 km. of roads. Problems with roads should be reported promptly to the Operations Manager.

Burning Permits
Burning is permitted during the hours from 2 hours before sunset to 2 hours after sunrise.A permit is required for all burning - Fee: $10.00 - Available at the Township office. Fire permits are required from April 1 to October 31.
