Flood Notice

Saturday, May 4, 2019
As predicted yesterday the water levels have slowly declined on the Kamaniskeg water system and will continue to to decline but future rain events could cause the levels to rise again. Please continue to monitor your property on the Kamaniskeg and Bark Lake areas.
 
Friday, May 3, 2019
The water level rose slightly overnight on the Kamaniskeg water system and may rise slightly today before it starts to recede. We are still monitoring the areas of concern and will continue to, as the weather could affect the flows and water levels.
 

Wilno Road North culverts were replaced today, the road is now open. 

 

Please secure boats, docks, rafts on your property. Sandbags and sand are available to protect your property.
 
Finch Road remains closed.
 

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) – Pembroke District (Thursday, April 25, 2019) is advising area residents that a Flood Warning is in effect for all of Renfrew County until Thursday, May 2, 2019  (pdf)
